  • Helps in passing on information to the groomsmen and ushers

    Groomsmen and Ushers

    (Usually your close friends and family members)

  • Should accompany wedding guests to their places
  • Helps with errands and any problems that may arise
  • Helps guide bridesmaids, wedding accessories, and other decorations to the specified area
  • Helps the groomsman plan the bachelorette party
  • Decorate the couple’s transport before leaving the ceremony

    The maid of honor

    (Usually your sister or best friend)

  • She should attend all of your parties, showers, and other events involved in the wedding planning process
  • She should help you with your makeup and dress up the wedding day
  • She will hold your bouquet and the groom’s ring on the wedding day
  • She should have a well-written toast for the rehearsal dinner or reception
  • She will help you arrange your train before walking down the aisle, adjusting your veil and goings-on
  • She should be ready to help you run errands and relay information to the rest of the wedding reception

    Bridesmaids

    (Usually close friends and family members)

  • Helps entertain and balance young children on wedding day
  • They should help run errands and help out with any issues that may arise
  • Should attend the parties, showers, and other events that involve the wedding planning process if they are able to
  • Help move your decorations and accessories to the specified area
  • Should help the photographer find the most important members of your wedding (family member and friends)
