A video of a woman surprising her husband on their 50th wedding anniversary goes viral on social media and it’s the most joyful thing we’ve seen all week.

TikTok user @thekatykat posted the series of four clips in which her grandma wears her wedding dress from 50 years ago to surprise her husband, who is sitting in the next room, on her 50th birthday.

“It still fits!” she exclaims in surprise as she tries on her wedding dress (get it, Grandma!) while putting on makeup, earrings, heels and a bridal veil.

When her daughter helps her put on her wedding shoes, she says: “It’s been a long time since I wore these shoes … And look, the shoe fits! I can marry the prince again.”

When the woman walks into the living room to surprise her husband, he is seen grinning from ear to ear with tears in his eyes before the couple hug and wish each other a happy anniversary while Nat King Cole’s ‘Unforgettable’ over the clip plays.

We don’t cry, you cry. Okay, just kidding, we 100% cry too.

HIS FACE AT THE END! 😭

“Oh, he took off his reading glasses to take a closer look. That’s real love if you ask me,” wrote one TikTok user.

“That is precious, I yell,” commented another, while another said: “The love for one another is incredible and they are unforgettable too. Congratulations to both of you.”

Though we believe a TikToker best summed up the heartwarming video when they wrote, “That’s what you mean in those old Disney movies when they say the Prince and Princess will be ‘happy to the end ‘ have lived.”

Thanks to @thekatykat for posting the adorable videos and making our day happy. Time to share far and wide and spread love.
